Idyllic Indian Springs Wedding in White Lake
“I cannot remember the first time your soul whispered to mine, but I know you woke it. And it has never slept since.” -jm storm
It’s difficult for me to choose what part of this wedding was my favorite. The huge tree that they were married under? The sense of family connection? The cutest flower girls ever? I don’t know. It was all so beautiful and heartwarming.
Indian Springs Metropark is a park in southeast Michigan, located in White Lake. It’s a big park, with rolling hills and miles of trails that meander through different biomes. The main building, which hosted the reception, is also home to a really cool nature center. I love how this venue brings the outdoors in. It’s one of my favorite wedding venues in the area.
I’m so happy Sharon and Jonathan decided to hold their ceremony under this giant ancient tree. Trees have an energy frequency- an actual vibration. Their deep roots that reach into the earth have a grounding energy. Their vibrations are much slower, deeper and more concentrated compared to a lot of other living things. They give out the energy vibe of safety, security and stability. A great spot to start a marriage!
Thank you to these amazing vendors!
