A Fairytale Wedding at the Keweenaw Castle Resort

This small fairytale wedding at the Keweenaw Castle resort in Allouez, Michigan was the perfect setting for a couple who wanted an intimate and romantic ceremony at a unique Upper Peninsula venue. The day was beautiful, with warm weather and an incredible sunset.

The Ceremony

The ceremony was held on the patio, which overlooks the vast waters of Lake Superior. The couple exchanged vows in front of a small group of their closest friends and family. The ceremony was officiated by the couple’s friend, who delivered a heartfelt and personal speech.

The Reception

After the ceremony, the couple and their close family members enjoyed a lovely dinner with a taco buffet. There was laughter, toasts, sharing memories, and so much love. After dinner the cake was cut and everyone headed outside to enjoy the beautiful weather.

In the evening, we explored the rugged shoreline and took some photos. Returning to the resort, we played cornhole and talked, laughed, shared stories, and had the best time relaxing next to Lake Superior. The sunset was breathtaking – the perfect ending to a fairytale!
